CS32L015
Series CS32L015 MCU is applicable to various application scenarios, i.e. e-cigarette, wearable and personal care etc.
CS32L015 microcontroller incorporates the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core with ultra-low power consumption. It can operate at a frequency up to 24MHz. An embedded Flash of 64K bytes and a SRAM of 8K bytes are built in, and a great number of peripheral interfaces such as 12-bit 1Msps high-precision SAR-type ADC, RTC, comparator, operational amplifier, multi-channel UART, SPI, I2C, OWI and PWM are integrated, making it a highly-integrated product with strong anti-interference and high reliability.
