CS1232 is a high-precision 24-bit Sigmal-Delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC), with an integrated low-noise instrument amplifier and an RC oscillator. It has a maximum 23.5-bit ENOB. This product is widely applied in high-precision measurement.
Integrates low-noise PGA with the options of amplification times of 1x, 2x, 64x, and 128x
Integrates 2-channel 24-bit differential inputs with no missing codes. 20.8-bit ENOB when PGA = 128x
Q-P-P noise (PGA = 128x): 10 Hz : 139 nV; 80 Hz : 298 nV
Integrated RC oscillator (±8%). An external crystal or clock input is also available
Output rate: 10 Hz and 80 Hz can be selected
Integrated 2-wire SPI communication interface
