CSU32M10
CSU32M10 is an 8-bit e-cigarette MCU with built-in 2K × 16-bit MTP program memory, 104-byte SRAM, 128-byte EEPROM, 12-bit high-performance ADC, and high-precision low temperature drift reference voltage. It has integrated hardware short circuit protection and atomizer impedance measurement functions specially designed for e-cigarette applications and is suitable for small and medium power electronic cigarette applications.
