Main application scenarios: Bridge sensors, quadrature balance weighing, pressure detection, industrial control, and chemical analysis.
CS1233 has a built-in ADC signal chain, a Sigma-Delta ADC, and a digital filter. Specifically, the ADC signal chain includes input MUXP/MUXN and a programmable low-noise gain amplifier (PGA). MUXP/MUXN have 8 input channels, wherein 5 are external analog input channels and 3 are internal input channels. MUXP/MUXN are followed by the level shift module LVSHIFT, which allows the input signal near the ground rail to be shifted and fed to PGA.
Additionally, CS1233 has an adjustable current source—IDAC1/0, to adjust the common mode voltage of the input signal or compensate the offset voltage. Multiple gain options are available for PGA and ADC. Multiple output rates can be configured for the digital filter.
